Associate, Report Production

Overview

In this role, you will configure, install, administer, operate, upgrade, monitor, sustain, and support existing data centers, networks, hardware, software, processes, applications, systems, databases, desktops, peripherals, and other related infrastructure. You will be responsible for service delivery across all technology domains and all consumers, including execution of all backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and related capabilities.

• Performs a range of assignments related to a specific job discipline
• You will be accountable for your own work and effective coordination of process and information with others
• Works independently within guidelines and policies for ongoing work; may receive mentoring on new assignments

Role summary and job responsibilities

• Documents all work and shows attention to detail
• Works from documented processes and procedures for most tasks
• Utilizes knowledge and judgement for tasks that do not have defined procedures
• Applies basic technical skills to complete work that may involve help desk support, switchboard support, data center operations support, production support, report production support, etc.
• Able to triage and analyze more complex problems and issues and either resolve or raise them appropriately
• Other duties as assigned

Business knowledge

• Possesses basic understanding of the technology industry
• Possesses understanding of how the global technology organization is structured and is able to navigate for the purposes of accomplishing specified work tasks

Requirements

• Typically requires 2+ years relevant experience
• Requires working and conceptual knowledge in their own job discipline
• Understands standard technology/infrastructure concepts and operations
• Performs basic monitoring and triage functions
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a variety of technology platforms and execute commands using knowledge and defined procedures

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to three days a week.
