Production Worker/Warehouse Associate, Compendium - (Onsite)

Compendium Inc. a part of Crown Publishing group at PRH is seeking a full-time Production Worker/Warehouse Associate. We are looking for a self-starter who works well with others in a fast-paced team environment, has the desire to take ownership of assigned tasks, and possesses a willingness to learn. The candidate must be organized and possess a strong attention to detail. 

 

Compendium Inc. is a small business that designs, manufactures and distributes gifting products. Our (primarily paper based) product consists of books, journals, greeting cards, boxed notecards & plush items for kids. We distribute our product to wholesale channels & retail customers. We rely on a strong team atmosphere, with both personal attentiveness and accountability to successfully process and fulfill orders that exceed customer’s expectations and meet their deadlines.  

 

Specific responsibilities include:  

 

• Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. continuously, and without restrictions. 

• Sit and/or Stand for an 8-hour shift 

• Pay attention to detail and point out any quality issues or concerns 

• Follow written and verbal instructions 

• Complete repetitive tasks on a daily basis (ex: applying a price ticket) 

• Pick, check and/or pack orders based off a “pick ticket” 

• Pallet jack operation 

• Communicate effectively

• Reliable and dependable attendance to designated schedule 

• Reprioritize tasks or assignments when necessary and/or directed 

• Responsible and accountable for organization and workstation cleanliness 

• Performs other duties as assigned 
• Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required

The Compendium warehouse is in Everett, WA 98203. This position is requiring you to be at the facility 5 days per week.

 

The starting wage for this position is $18.50 per hour. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
