About Nexton:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Customer Operations Associate to join our team at Nexton!
In this role, you'll support the execution of our hiring operations, helping ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates. From scheduling interviews and updating systems to following up on feedback and coordinating next steps, you’ll be a key part of keeping our processes running with quality and consistency.
You’ll work closely with our Client Partners and Recruiting Team, contributing to high-impact projects and interacting with top-tier tech startups across the US. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, thrives in dynamic environments, and is eager to learn and grow in the operations space.

Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Communicate with clients and candidates through digital channels following best practices.
- Assist with interview scheduling and process coordination.
- Keep track of pipeline updates and help distribute key information across teams.
- Identify and flag potential blockers or operational issues.
- Collaborate with Client Partners in operational tasks and reporting.
- Document processes and suggest improvements for recurring workflows.
Requirements
- 1-2 year of experience in a similar role or relevant internship.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of your work.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) and Spanish.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in tech recruiting or operations teams.
- Data analysis or reporting experience.
- Previous remote work experience.
