The role leads coordination between <strong>Production, Operations, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Security, Partners,</strong> and suppliers, ensuring a safe, efficient operation and a high-quality experience for attendees throughout the <strong>Load-In</strong>, <strong>Event Operations</strong>, and <strong>Load-Out</strong> phases.</p> <p>You will: </p> <ul> <li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee all operations within La Plaza during the setup, event, and dismantling phases.</li> <li>Act as the primary operational point of contact between the various operational teams, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the management of La Plaza.</li> <li>Coordinate the setup, operation, and dismantling of infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the agreed planning, quality, and safety standards.</li> <li>Oversee the operation of food & beverage outlets, entertainment areas, public seating and relaxation spaces, and guest services, ensuring they operate efficiently throughout the event.</li> <li>Coordinate the entertainment programme and stage operations in collaboration with the Production and Stage Management teams.</li> <li>Monitor crowd flows, queue management systems, and occupancy lev
