Job Summary

The Specialist – Enterprise Support and Delivery, will focus on projects that have high risk, regulatory considerations and impact on our customers. They will manage and influence multiple stakeholders on their own with little escalation. The Specialist utilizes operational acumen, influence, decision making and command skills as well as situational awareness based on the elevated interaction with stakeholders and audience.

 

Essential Job Functions

• Owns book of work to drive restitution to closure within SLA, ensuring validation requirements. Leads stakeholder meetings with compliance, business leadership, and second line advisors. Manages deliverables and milestones to keep remediation on target. Works independently, prioritizing multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail - (50%)
• Critically interprets complex data for remediation and SLOD validation. Strong analytical skills to analyze data using SAS and Excel, and document steps evidencing customer impact. Ties data from reports to tell concise remediation stories, including population waterfall reconciliations for Second & Third Line of Defenses and regulatory reviews. - (20%)
• Engages and influences leadership to execute plans successfully and on time. Follows framework for validated remediation plans. Serves as SME and primary point of contact with leaders to meet SLAs. Demonstrates clear, concise communication and active listening with internal and external partners - (10%)
• Serves as team project manager ensuring operational issues are resolved on time and efficiently, satisfying internal and external standards and requirements. Presents restitutions to leadership for approval by SVP and VP committees - (20%)

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years experience in Issues management, leadership, data analysis, SAS, or related

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Communication, Accounting, Project Management, or related
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) Issuer
• Project Management Professional Issuer
• 6+ years experience in Issues management, leadership, data analysis, SAS, or related

Work Environment

• Normal office environment. (Remote or Hybrid), 3 to 4 days per month are required in office if within 60 miles of a posted Bread Financial location.

Salary Range (unless otherwise noted below):

$87,900.00 - $159,200.00

Full Salary Range for position:

California: $101,000.00 - $198,900.00

Colorado: $87,900.00 - $167,100.00

New York: $96,600.00 - $198,900.00

Washington: $92,200.00 - $183,000.00

Maryland: $92,200.00 - $175,100.00

Washington DC: $101,000.00 - $183,000.00

Illinois: $87,900.00 - $175,100.00

New Jersey: $101,000.00 - $183,000.00

The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
