The Corporate Capital Projects Manager supports the Pharmavite network through development and support for strategic capital projects. This individual utilizes a deep understanding of Pharmavite’s business, supply chain operations, and engineering project management skills to develop data-driven capital investment proposals and support project execution to meet Pharmavite’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the network through development and support for strategic capital projects
• Strategic project development for projects requiring significant corporate functional collaboration
• Supports the realization of supply chain network optimization and key initiatives
• Provide early feasibility & development of new technology to provide a competitive advantage to Pharmavite
• Collaborates closely with sites through early engineering phases
• Manages project implementation at manufacturing sites as needed
• Follows best practices as it relates to Front End project Development and technology assessment
• Serves as a partner with the following Pharmavite functional groups/roles: Site Operations, Technical Operations, Site Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality Assurance & Quality Standards, Operations, Finance, Operational Excellence, R&D & INQB8, PMO

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering
• Lean certification is a plus
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• 5 years of experience developing and executing engineering capital projects in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Proven Track record for complex project development and execution
• Proven track record following structured PM process
• Technical Writing Skills
• Business & Financial Acumen required to support business case development
• Ability to apply Lean principles to project development
• Capital Project Contracting Knowledge
• Tenacity to overcome obstacles and implement solutions
• Agility in making engineering decisions during project implementation phases

Physical Requirements: General office environment, ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to move about an office.

Environment: Exposure to disagreeable elements is moderate.

Safety: The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Travel: Travel may be required periodically, depending on business needs.
