In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a <strong>lead facilitator for real estate classroom training sessions</strong>, guiding students and professionals as they build the critical skills needed to excel in their real estate careers.</li> <li>Develop your <strong>public speaking and presentation skills</strong>, establish your personal brand as a thought leader in real estate finance, and expand your professional network across the financial services and real estate industries.</li> </ul> <p>The ideal candidate has <strong>deep experience in real estate finance</strong> and a passion for sharing knowledge through teaching.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Deliver <strong>in-person and virtual training seminars</strong> for clients, including: <ul> <li>Undergraduate and MBA students at leading business schools.</li> <li>Professionals at investment banks, private equity firms, and other corporate institutions.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Conduct <strong>one-on-one tutoring sessions</strong> to provide personalized support to students.</li> <li>Collaborate with WSP to: <ul> <li><strong>Enhance existing training materials</strong> and ensure they remain industry-relevant.</li> <li><strong>Develop new course content</strong> to meet evolving client needs.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Successfully complete WSP’s <strong>Train-the-Trainer Program</strong>, a professional development program designed to equip instructors with advanced teaching skills.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li><s
