Salesforce Business Analyst

Job description: 

Location: Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Analyze user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop and/or modify applications
• Responsible to capture & assess business requirements and provide design leadership to address impact analysis to process flows, systems impact, and application impact analysis
• Ability to capture and appropriately communicate project business requirements (functional and non-functional requirement) 

Required Skills: 

• Minimum of 5+ years as a functional business analyst on Salesforce Projects 

• Excellent verbal skills and writing skills for requirement and technical documentation and other deliverable documentation 

• Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud 

• Prefer candidate with some experience in user education and training activities
