What You’ll Contribute

• Leadership in Agile Methodologies: Drive and lead the Scrum process to ensure efficiency and agility within the team's operations.
• Release Coordination: Oversee and orchestrate releases, ensuring seamless integration of updates and enhancements.
• Advanced BA Analysis: Lead in-depth analysis, particularly assessing how system changes will influence interconnected systems, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of complex business requirements.
• Expertise in Implementing Technologies: Utilize extensive experience in implementing new technologies within the Quote-to-Cash processes to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Continuous Technological Enhancement: Spearhead efforts to continually refine and optimize existing technologies for heightened performance and improved outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of technical professionals, nurturing their growth and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Comprehensive Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of both current and future business needs to align technological strategies with evolving requirements.

What We're Seeking

• Leadership in Agile Environments: Demonstrated experience leading and empowering Scrum/Agile teams to achieve collaborative success.
• Technological Proficiency: Hands-on experience with a selection or all of the following technologies: Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Apttus or Conga CLM, Snowflake, Oracle EBS, Informatica, DocuSign, showcasing adeptness in leveraging these tools within business contexts. Most importantly we are looking for a person who has a passion for learning new technologies.
• Passion for Business Analysis and Technology: A deep-seated enthusiasm for the convergence of business analysis and technology, translating this passion into practical solutions and strategies.
• Dedication to Team Growth: A strong commitment to nurturing and advancing a team of technical Business Analysts, fostering their professional development, and maximizing their potential.
