StyliticsAbout the role
Who We Are
Stylitics is the leading visual outfitting and styling solution for the world’s top retailers and brands. Our clients include Nike, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Revolve, Puma, Crate & Barrel, Bloomingdale’s, and dozens of others. Founded in 2011, Stylitics uses a powerful combination of algorithms, trend data, and stylist expertise to deliver millions of on-brand outfit recommendations daily across multiple channels such as e-commerce, email, advertising, stores, and social media. About the Role
As the Director of Product, Solutions, you are our go-to person to find and drive solutions to our retailers’ strategic initiatives and most innovative use cases. You’ll drive the discussion and discovery conversations with our clients, and then work cross-functionally with Account Growth, Product, Technology, Operations, and Styling to identify ways to address their needs. Your expertise will span the breadth of our client relationships and the depth of our product capabilities. You’ll make sure client inquiries are addressed, and where appropriate, you’ll partner with Product to prioritize and deliver new features and technology.
Since this is a new role + function for Stylitics, your focus in 2023 will be twofold: first to surprise and delight our clients by helping them nail their strategic product initiatives, and second, to establish best practices at Stylitics for this role, inclusive of structuring, planning, and communications for this role.

- Guide conversations with clients on options and set expectations on what is out of the box, and what is custom, and what is possible/probable for us to fit into our roadmap
- Scope what the solution requires (working with Product + Design), how long it would take (working with PMO + Engineering), and when we might complete it (working with account growth + management on any pricing or cost considerations)
- Represent high-priority client work internally to the impacted product + engineering teams
- Be the project manager across requests and answer where are we with what for whom; make sure that requests are driven forward in a timely manner
