Cross trained between central check in desk and check out desks.Ā Will be set at one desk after trained but expectation is to cover any desk as needed.
Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays (Saturdays are infrequent at this time but may increase in the future).
Earliest start time 6:15am
Latest end time 5:00pm
Check in, check out, scheduling for all specialty departments, start FMLA/disability forms, service recovery, verify demographics, verify insurance eligibility.Ā Nearly 20 departments are covered by this front-end team.
