Your Purpose as an Office Assistant:

• Cover Reception desk as needed
• Assist the Office manager with clerical duties
• Data Entry
• Assist Title Clerk with typing titles
• Assist Billing Clerk with pulling vehicle cost data
• Convert paper files to digital
• Inventory vehicles
• Drive to local DMV and other errands as needed

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant/or similar desired!
