Job Description
Entry-level professional with limited or no prior experience to contribute on a project or program. Role learns to use professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity under close supervision while achieving day-to-day objectives. Works on developmental assignments that are initially routine in nature, requiring limited judgment and decision making. This level is typically focused on self-development. Requires theoretical knowledge through specific education and training
Administrative HR Support
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Director/department, including maintaining employee files, preparing reports, and responding to internal HR inquiries.
- Assist with drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
Payroll & Benefits (Backup Support)
- Serve as a backup for payroll processing and benefits administration during absences or high-volume periods.
- Help maintain accurate payroll and benefit records in HRIS and other relevant systems.
- Respond to basic employee questions regarding payroll and benefits when needed.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including scheduling orientations, collecting documentation, and assisting with I-9 verification and system access.
- Support offboarding processes such as scheduling exit interviews and processing terminations in Workday.
Employee Relations
- Provide support in entry-level employee relations matters by documenting concerns, scheduling meetings, and assisting with follow-up actions as directed by HR leadership.
- Promote positive employee relations by maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Support employee engagement activities.
Compliance & Data Management
- Ensure HR records are maintained in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance reporting.

Bachelor of Science - Business Administration/Management, Bachelor of Science - Human Resources Management, Relevant professional experience (1-3 years), SpanishExperience
