ServiceNow Design Innovation Studio | Experience Team  

As part of the Design Innovation Studio, you will lead and create novel ideas through cross-functional partnerships that disrupt and complement the overall Experience design vision by delivering breakthrough solutions that shape the future of design and work at ServiceNow.  

What you get to do in this role:  

• Partner and collaborate with others and be responsible for providing informed future vision for their products
• Partner and collaborate with Executive Storytelling to evangelize EX in presentations and the media
• Accountable and consulted to identify and create innovative solutions that address EX-wide design problems collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Creation of interactive Figma prototypes using storytelling and animated demos that provide the narrative to the collaborative innovative solution
• Provide artifacts that can be used in presentations, keynotes, sales decks to support our breakthrough solutions
• Accountable and consulted for creation of templates, training and frameworks that enable designers to work more effectively and efficiently
• Initiate conceptual Content Design that informs the final design
• ​​​​​​​Craft conceptual UX and VX that provides a clear vision of the future Product roadmap

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in lead Product Design role with focus on innovation or relevant design experience 
• Strong ability to initiate, drive, and deliver on projects while managing timelines
• Inspire the team and take ownership of internal initiatives while mentoring others, and encourage feedback on projects
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and lead with transparency
• Experience in marketing and product work with a rich portfolio including digital, print, interactive, website/mobile design, motion, and video 
• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, the ability to evangelize and build support for creative concept and ideas across varying stakeholders
• Expert in advanced Figma design and presentation 
• Experience in editing, animation and compositing with AEUX, After Effects and Premiere Pro
