Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

You will be responsible for our Oracle database platform by:

 

• Responsible for Vendor, Customer, Fixed Assets & Material Master Data Management: initiates, sets up and maintains data of all vendors/customers/fixed assets/material;
• Assists and provides the necessary data (including documents, email, other information) required for controls and audits
• You provide reporting-related work on Master data and ad-hoc reports extracted from the system in line with Service Level Agreement
• You ensure that all data is accurate in the local system and other databases/systems used
• You collaborate with other cross function departments to ensure the task is completed accurately and effectively
• You support the Team Leader to continuously improve services and data integrity
• You create and maintain the internal procedures, ensuring process documentation;

 

Who Are We Looking For

• Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance is a plus
• Previous experience in Master Data/Procure to Pay/Accounts Payable is a plus
• Good analytic skills and attention to details
• Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
• Knowledge of working in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• English at a very good level
