Employment Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $18- $19 Per Hour A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for operating vehicles as driving is part of job duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, as assigned. Create and print vehicle key tag/stock# packets for all Havana Stores
Process and register incoming vehicles to Dealertrack and register the RFID tag with AutomotiveLynk as the arrive
Inspect vehicles for transport damage
Create PDI ROs for the PDI techs
Monitor and maintain Rapid Recon for new inventory, as well as the New Inventory Spreadsheets
Manage PDI and storage lots for efficient work flow
Monitor new inventory for Stop-Sales and Recalls
Work with the Photo Department and each store's lot techs to organize moving vehicles to each lot efficiently
Communicate directly with store managers and team leads to best facilitate the needs of each store
Coordinate with Client Advisors to locate vehicles or update them with the status of vehicles; notify the stores and Client Advisors when pre-sold vehicles have arrived
Punctual and regular attendance
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Education, Experience and Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
