HR Intern

CS Energy is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious HR Intern to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will gain valuable experience in the exciting and rapidly growing renewable energy industry. Working under the guidance of our experienced HR team, you will help drive CS Energy’s success by ensuring our talented workforce has the support they need to thrive. Our ideal candidate is passionate about human resources, eager to learn, and excited to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clerical task
• Support the HR Generalist with on-boarding, training & development and performance related tasks
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

• Prepare HR-related reports as needed
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Maintain absolute confidentiality
• Support on special projects as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (program heavily focused on organizational development and/or human resources)
• In 3rd or 4th year of academic study
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form and interface with all departments
• Customer and team centric with great people skills
• Strong attention to detail with superb organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability maintain absolute confidentiality
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Knowledge of the various types of communication resources (i.e. email, cell phones, voice mail, phone/fax numbers, Job phone/fax numbers, etc.)
