How does a Parts Counter Drive Impact?

• Our Parts Counter will be someone who supports our parts department while providing excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. Some of the responsibilities would include:
• Overseeing the parts sale process from start to finish along with fulling orders from stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory and notifying parts manager of any out-of-stock parts or shop materials.
• Ensure correct pricing is listed on service orders.

We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Capability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy while having the ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities.
• Proven experience working alone and within a team environment.
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
• This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
