About the role

Join the Walser Reconditioning Center, our largest operation that supports our dealers from behind the scenes! All used vehicles travel through our reconditioning process, including detailing, dent removal, paint repair, and more. This facility maintains a fast pace due to the volume of vehicles passing through and the various departments involved. With a variety of makes and models to prepare, and work shifts to fit every schedule, we invite you to join the ever-changing reconditioning center! How do our Semi Skilled Technicians Drive Impact?

Perform Oil Changes
Replace bulbs and air filters
Check fluid levels, brakes, tires and other minor repairs on all makes and models of used vehicles
Perform safety inspections
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in Recon warehouse service departments
Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in Recon warehouse service departments

We're Looking For:

Must have good attention to detail
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Degree and/or certifications preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Degree and/or certifications preferred
Ability to supply your own basic tools
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, lift (up to 50 lbs.), and be on your feet for extended periods of time
Must be punctual and reliable
