We're looking for someone who is passionate about continuously improving the way developers work, while treating those developers as the primary stakeholders in the journey.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>To be successful in this role you have:</strong></p><ul><li>You have 4+ years of DevOps experience.</li><li>You are excited to optimize the developer experience.</li><li>You have familiarity with some or all of the following: Codefresh, CircleCI, Git, test frameworks, builds, packaging and deployment, container technologies and automated developer environment creation.</li><li>You may have a particular area of expertise, but are still excited to explore new areas (and want to work with a team that encourages you to do so).</li><li>You value empathy as much, if not more, than intelligence in your teammates.</li><li>You’ve worked on (and/or have a lot of curiosity about) large-scale distributed systems, performance, security, and microservice-based architectures.</li><li>You're excited about serving the engineering team that developers at dozens of companies rely on for 5 9's and firefighting!</li></ul><p><strong>Advantageous to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience leading the design and implementation of automated test environments.</li><li>You contribute to open source projects, enjoy giving talks, and/or do community-building work.</li><li>You have a track record of driving adoption of new methods and technologies across multiple development teams.</li></ul><p>FD21</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opport
