As our new Maintenance Technician I, you will support the maintenance team with essential entry-level tasks while building your technical skills. Your work will help keep equipment reliable and ensure a safe, organized environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks in Maximo
• Operate basic shop tools such as drill press and saw
• Shadow troubleshooting and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Organize and maintain the tool crib
• Participate in safety and 5S activities
• Supporting technicians with routine maintenance tasks
• Learning troubleshooting techniques and safety protocols
• Keeping tools and work areas organized for efficiency

Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable and coachable attitud
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Demonstrate reliability and eagerness to learn
• Contribute to a safe and organized maintenance environment
