Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

We are seeking a Director, Enabling Tech Product Management (Upstream Marketing) who will be responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for enabling technologies across the orthopedic portfolio including augmented reality, navigation, robotics and data-driven surgical solutions.

This role owns the “where to play” and “how to win” for enabling technologies—translating surgeon needs, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence into a differentiated, scalable product ecosystem that drives procedural adoption, capital efficiency, and long-term platform value.

You will operate at the intersection of clinical insight, engineering innovation, and commercial execution, ensuring enabling technologies accelerate implant pull-through, improve surgical outcomes, and strengthen surgeon loyalty globally.
