Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div></div><p></p> <p><strong>The Work:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee multiple functional work streams/domains on a major Workday implementation project (e.g, function as the overall HCM Lead for the project) or function as the lead for the HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Security, etc. work streams</li> <li>Manage functional teams</li> <li>Lead Functional work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality including, but not limited to compensation grades, grade ranges, compensation steps, compensation plans, eligibility rules, advanced compensation configuration and processing -Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff</li> <li>Architect Workday functional solutioning to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated</li> <li>Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices</li> <li>Demonstrate design options using prototyping</li> <li>Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies</li> <li>Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status</li> <li>Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives</li> <li>Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices</li> <li>Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification</li> <li&
