Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (some college a plus)

• One or more years' restaurant experience

• Open / flexible work availability

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Physical Elements

Ability to stand for long periods with frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)

Equipment Use

Supervision & Training Elements

Supervises open/close during non-service hours

Provide work direction and addresses crew performance problems

As directed by unit manager, assists in training and cross-training in positional skills

QSC Standards

Monitors product quality and store cleaning plan and takes corrective action when necessary Monitors positional and service line organization and service times

Controls

Follows flow charts, prep projections, and “build to” charts

Controls food cost and monitors labor and recommends corrective action where necessary

Working Conditions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements while maintaining a calm, pleasant attitude and efficient working pace
