If you’re seeking a career that offers purpose and aligns with your values, join us and begin your #Redcareer today.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and continuously evolve the <strong>commercial planning framework</strong> for our German market.</li><li>Drive the full cycle of commercial planning including the <strong>Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling Forecasts, and Long-Term Strategic Planning</strong> — covering key metrics in close collaboration with Business Controlling.</li><li>Monitor and validate key input variables within our cohort and customer models, integrating performance data to enhance planning accuracy.</li><li>Serve as the <strong>central owner of the customer data model</strong> across Redcare’s European markets, ensuring standardization and business relevance.</li><li>Advance <strong>automation and development</strong> of the model to enhance scalability, reliability, and cross-system integration, together with the Data &amp; AI team.</li><li>Partner with Data, CRM, and Commercial teams to embed actionable insights into strategic decision-making.</li><li>Lead the development and execution of <strong>Redcare’s market share and competitor benchmarking</strong> framework across all countries.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 7–10 years in commercial or financial planning, ideally within <strong>eCommerce or Retail</strong>.</li><li><strong>Planning Acumen:</strong> Solid expertise in commercial planning models, planning cycles, and scenario building.</li><li><strong>Analytical Thinking:</strong> Able to connect complex commercial data to business strategy, translate KPIs into meaningful insights, and identify areas for growth or intervention.</li><li><strong>Automation &amp; Innovation:</strong> Passion for improving models through automation and exploring <strong>AI use cases</strong> in planning.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Advanced skills in <strong>Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPivot</strong>; experience with coding tools (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus but not a must have.</li><li><strong>Language &amp; Communication:</strong> Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a strong advantage but not a must have.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About your Benefits:</strong></p><p>In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it‘s living a healthy life, having enough time for your family, or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits:</p><ul><li><strong>Personal development</strong>: Grow!
