They inspire new thinking, take an active role in contributing to our culture. They have a good technical knowledge of digital project management including web dev projects, digital display, SEO, accessibility standards, measurement and digital thinking – personas, journey mapping, task analysis. Associate Directors play a pivotal role in retaining and developing our best talent both as a client team leader and mentor/coach.</p> <h2>Specific Responsibilities  </h2> <p>We’re here to deliver for our clients and earn their continued trust and appreciation. While all team members need to live this ideology, we look to the A.D.s to set the tone, drive excellence, and lead from the front.</p> <p>As the Digital Project Director at the Associate Director level, your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Leading client accounts and delivering highest standards</li> <li>Demonstrate strong technical digital experience, with confidence to present to colleagues outside client team as an expert on web projects, SEO, measurement and brings others into relationship with client to enhance impact as needed</li> <li>Have a strong awareness of legislative requirements re: digital for each industry e.g. e-privacy, accessibility </li> <li>Acting as a trusted client adviser, building strong and deep client relationships at all levels of the client’s organisation</li> <li>Demonstrating strong listening and influencing skills and can challenge briefs drawing on evidence and experience</li> <li>Managing projects profitably, with clear scope of work and an understanding of agreed expectations</li> <li>Preparing appropriate budgets with an understanding of value being delivered and provides timely and accurate client budget information internally and for clients</li> <li>Lead with a collaborative, collegiate style proactively build a deep understanding of other areas of expertise and bring these to benefit clients</li> <li>Actively drive growth and new revenue from existing clients and new business lead generation, including networking to identify new business opportunities and develop the consultancy’s reputation with potential clients and prospects</li> <li>Leading pitch processes well ensuring plans are built on clear insight and strong audience understanding</li> <li>Act as strong leader of cross functional internal and external teams</li> <li>Provides strong team management and leadership to support career development through mentoring and coaching within teams and across the consultancy</li> </ul> <h2>Key Criteria</h2> <ul> <li>Strong technical experience in developing digital projects from discovery to development, specifically in managing web development projects – co-ordinating teams internally and externally</li> <li>Strong technical knowledge of digital project management including web dev projects, digital display, SEO, accessibility standards, measurement, and digital thinking – personas, journey mapping, task analysis</li> <li>Proven track record in running web and digital projects from discovery to deployment</li> <li>Understanding in managing expectations for ongoing technical support for maintenance</li> <li>Knowledge of digital media buying across social, search and display</li> <li>Familiarity with design tools such as Figma at a minimum - for wireframing and prototypes </li> <li>Significant experience in managing team workflow and projects as well as managing junior employees career development</li> </ul> <h2>What Teneo Offers </h2> <p>The team at Teneo Ireland is a highly talented &amp; engaged workforce.
