As the leader of the Learning & Development team, you’ll work to build a world class center of excellence for training on our product and services. You will ensure Evinova’s end users receive the necessary role-based training on the products to meet compliance requirements. In addition, you’ll work to build a curriculum, build courses, and deliver training for Evinova employees for our products, quality system, and additional job related functions. Your leadership will maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement across our health-tech solutions.
Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage the rest of the Learning & Development team members inclusing roles such as a Curriculum Developer and Technical Trainer.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all Evinova products.
- Ensure training content is current, relevant, and aligns with product updates and company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Manage training resources, budgets, and logistics.
Training Program Development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define training needs and objectives.
- Ensure the creation of engaging, learner-centric content that includes realistic business examples and hands-on activities.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of instructional materials, ensuring they are updated and improved continuously.
- Partner with the rest of the organization to develop a training program that is modern and innovative to meet the needs of all the end users of the Evinova products.
- Develop internal training curriculums and programs for the Evinova team to support onboarding, product training, and internal business processes.
Training Delivery
- Ensure high-quality delivery of training in both virtual and in-classroom environments.
- Maintain a high level of expertise in Evinova products to act as a subject matter expert.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to trainers and training participants.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with other departments to ensure training content is aligned with overall company goals and product strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Customer and Internal Advocacy
- Act as the internal advocate for customers and training participants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Participate in governance meetings with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Instructional Design, Technical Communications, etc.); a Master’s degree is preferred.
