Electrical Component Intern (May - Dec 2024)

SUMMARY: 

Maintaining and improving the warranty return process for electrical components focused on brushed and brushless blower motors 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Warranty analysis process of return parts – including logging, testing, documenting results, and communicating with the supply base.
• Improve warranty process by
  • Developing and documenting  new test set-ups for electrical components
• Support development of HVAC electrical components
• Create and run new electrical test procedures
• Performance test on engineering samples
• Fabricate wire harnesses/controllers
• Engineering data analysis and reporting
• Aditional, projects will be assigned as workload allows

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university 
  • Major: Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering Technology
  • Class Standing: Sophomore, Junior, Senior 
• Skills: Oscilloscope Experience
• Overall GPA must be a 3.0 or higher
