Job Description

Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and product management, this role drives the strategic direction of a product portfolio to deliver measurable business impact. It involves shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and customer needs, while leading cross-functional collaboration across technology, business, and user experience teams. The role requires a strategic, collaborative thinker who thrives in ambiguity, uncovers opportunities, and leads the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Success is measured through clearly defined metrics and outcomes, with a focus on prioritizing initiatives, validating assumptions through product discovery, and ensuring effective product launches and lifecycle management. Ultimately, this role serves as a critical connector between business and technology, enabling transformation and sustained growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Translate business needs into actionable solutions, collaborating with technology and user experience teams to ensure successful execution.

  • Guide implementation of initiatives by collaborating across functional areas, making clear decisions, and using test-and-learn approaches to validate assumptions and shape product strategy.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify pain points, co-create solutions, and deliver measurable value.

  • Analyze current business processes, goals, and objectives to uncover opportunities for product innovation and optimization.

  • Use market insights, customer feedback, and data to inform product decisions and prioritize high-impact initiatives.

  • Ensure integration and alignment across capabilities and platforms by working closely with other business architects and cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product solutions, recommending enhancements to improve outcomes.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels and roles in the organization to align stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.

  • Balance the needs of the business, external partners, and customers to deliver solutions that support long-term growth and impact.

Experience

• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $125,200.00 - 207,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
