Job Description Summary:

Support with the development and implementation of office/field administrative procedures. Provide leadership to assigned administrative personnel, coordinate project assignments, and manage staff budgets.

Job Description:

  • Able to perform all essential Senior Administrator responsibilities. 

  • Support the development and implementation of field and office administrative processes and procedures. 

  • Serve as liaison to clients, vendors, business partners, and internal departments.  

  • Oversee hiring, training, and development for administrative staff.    

  • Manage office and field administrative operations; assign staff to projects and monitor time allocation.   

  • Facilitate administration meetings and relay important regional/corporate communications.  

  • Audit documentation to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory compliance. 

  • Administer training initiatives as instructed by leadership.   

  • Support with resolving buyout issues and mitigate prequalification and contracting issues 

  • Support with client contracts, procuring business licenses, permits, or other necessary documents frm clients and vendors as necessary.  

  • Review and approve division expenses, asset management, monitor budgets, and process invoices.   

  • Provides executive assistant support to division leadership including calendar management, expense reporting, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, liaison with departments heads.  

  • Oversee communications and calendar management for office operations or assigned locations  

  • Oversee new employee onboarding; ensure timely delivery of equipment, system access, office set up, and any other logistic necessary to create a great onboarding experience.  

  • Plan and execute internal and external activities, events, meetings, and celebrations.  

  • Partner with corporate to negotiate and establish national vendor agreements.  

  • Serve as liaison and/or partner to corporate teams, including HR and talent teams, to implement companywide changes or initiatives.  

  • Prepare reports and analysis per leadership request.  

  • Support with fleet and asset management, swag, and apparel inventory.  

  • Partner with Safety Team to manage office safety functions; communicate and implement safety procedures and processes.
