Job Description:

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

In this regulatory affairs project management position, you will have the opportunity to participate in a global healthcare spin off and act as a project manager for various spin-related regulatory led activities.

The role will have a significant impact on implementing new RIM systems and coordinating spin registrations here at Solventum. The position will work with the US and global regulatory leadership teams as well as external vendors to implement RIMS and manage various projects based on the spinoff strategy.

Tasks include:

1) Project management leadership for phase 2 of RIMS implementation.

2) Managing global registration timing for Spin rebranding implementation in coordination with global regulatory leadership and packaging/labeling project managers.

3) Coordinating various spin related regulatory activities.

 

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university in a technical or business field.
• 3-5 years in project leadership experience.
• Direct experience in implementing new systems and processes.
• Fluency in use of project management tools: Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, etc.
• Experience in presenting to senior leadership.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
