Salary Range: $80,900 - $101,400

Worker Designation – This role is a remote role. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

• Knowledge of PLADS' products/services and systems

 

• Knowledge of the insurance industry, to include products, processes, and terminology and the ability to interpret complex language in state insurance laws and regulations

 

• Advanced skills and comprehensive knowledge of the principles, concepts, practices and procedures

 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers

 

• Microsoft Excel - Intermediate

 

• Microsoft Word – Intermediate

 

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree In a related field
• 5 or more years of experience in the Insurance area

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

 

Education & Experience Preferred

• Experience in strategic enrollment and employee paid plans
• Group Voluntary Benefits, Life & Disability Product Knowledge
• Ability to travel less than or equal to 10%
• Microsoft Power Point - Intermediate
• Adobe Acrobat - Intermediate
