What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Handle service requests, turns, and preventative maintenance
• Lead vendors and assist with hiring/training team members
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Manage inventory and stay within budget

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Ability to stay active and work outdoors as needed
