The estimated base salary range for this role is $210,000 to $240,000 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus and equity.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Exterior Metal, the Studio Principal (General Manager) of BOK is responsible for leading both the day-to-day operations and long term strategic direction of the business. This role drives performance across key functions-including Sales & Marketing, Quality & Process Improvement, Studio Management, Project Operations, and Finance-while fostering cross-functional alignment, innovation, and a high-performance culture. As a strategic partner and central leader, the General Manager plays a critical role in accelerating growth, enhancing profitability, and delivering on the business vision

What You’ll Do
Operations Management

- Lead client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships to ensure operational excellence.
- Integrate Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to align efforts with customer expectations.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to develop innovative products and service models.
- Solve high-level issues and represent the brand in client-facing engagements.
Talent & Organizational Development

- Build and develop a high-performing site leadership team.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability measures.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Recommend structural changes to support growth.
Growth, Strategic Plan & Operating Plan

- Define and prioritize growth initiatives with a clear strategic vision.
- Drive revenue, elevate customer service, and expand profitability.

- Own and manage the subsidiary P&L.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in building materials, architectural products, or construction, especially with exterior systems or metal solutions.
