Global Workplace Program Associate

Our People team is looking for a Global Workplace Program Associate who is organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about both the creative and operational work of our People Team. In this role, you will work closely with the People Team to perform various administrative tasks and support the daily activities of all Algolians.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF: 

NYC Office Management

• Work from our NYC office at least 3x per week and ad hoc as local events and meetings are scheduled.
• Ensure that the office is well maintained by coordinating with building maintenance, managing recurring deliveries/mail, and ensuring it is stocked with snacks and supplies.
• Support to all guests, employees, and candidates that access the office.
• Maintain office security and safety by following procedures, issuing visitor badges and notify employees of visitor or vendor arrivals.
• Coordinate office activities and internal events in NYC and with other Algolia offices.

Global Workplace Program Management

• Assist the People Success Manager in global Real Estate projects and renewals.
• Manage our Swag Program, including inventory review, stocking and ordering.
• Responsible for the build and maintenance of programs that foster community in our offices and optimize our flexible workplace model.
• Drive culture and collaboration across all offices and remote locations by leading our Community Leaders & Mobility Pass programs.
• Lead our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts by managing Global Giving Day,  assisting in our Charity Matching, and leading our Carbon Footprint initiatives.
