Key Responsibilities

• Overall 10+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing.
• Design and architect Zuora Billing solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
• Lead technical discussions and guide the implementation team on best practices for Zuora integration.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, integration patterns, and data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical support during implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Drive the integration of Zuora with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and data warehouses.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on Zuora’s latest features and releases, providing recommendations to enhance existing systems.
• Mentor and coach team members on Zuora best practices and technical problem-solving.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical assessments and solution demonstrations, as needed.
