Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Systems Analyst, Zuora to join our growing Finance team. In this role you will be supporting our new billing platforms and will be the subject matter expert for designated billing systems. This position consists of both technical and functional tasks that will play an integral role in building out Brightspeed billing platforms. This position will report to the Manager of Financial Systems as part of the Finance organization.
As Financial Systems Analyst, Zuora, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Analyze the performance of our digital billing system, provided by the Zuora platform and integrate with both Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Monitor key metrics, research issues, assist with triage and/or resolution of issues, and identify fixes and enhancement opportunities
- Act as the lead support to help drive the delivery of fixes and enhancements. This includes:
- Assist program Manager and finance teams with assessing impacts of new projects
- Participate in Technical discussions and define Zuora related requirements for cross-functional projects that interface with billing
- Partner with both our agent Channel and finance teams to identify and reproduce customer issues. Conduct initial triage and troubleshooting, collaborate with internal teams, and escalate to vendor teams as necessary to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- Work with our IT partners and scrum teams to support all production issues and enhancement requests
- Perform Zuora system administration tasks
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, management or economics
- 8+ years of relevant Zuora experience
- Advocate a creative atmosphere which facilitates outside the box thinking and can handle group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution
- Ability to stay customer focused while driving changes that simplify and improve the customer ‘s billing experience
- Ability to work closely with leadership, product, and marketing to prioritize and manage new enhancements and IT workload
- Work experience that demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, and schedule multiple projects to accommodate rapidly changing priorities
- Be a "self-starter" committed to customer satisfaction/project delivery and able to respond to rapid change within the business
- Strong customer focus, with an ability to remain calm under pressure
