Job Description
Job Summary
The corporate sales support role is a vital position within Westgate, responsible for facilitating trade agreements between owners with similar inventory, commonly referred to as double decks. This role plays a crucial part in resolving inventory issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective trades and proactive communication. The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify owners with double-deck inventory and match them for mutually beneficial trades.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of double-deck trades, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with trade policies.
- Liaise with owners who have been promised other properties through even-trade option letters.
- Coordinate necessary actions to fulfill commitments outlined in option letters, ensuring compliance with trade agreements and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Work closely with the customer support team to address customer satisfaction concerns related to trades.
- Provide timely and satisfactory resolutions to customer issues, enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining strong relationships.
- Communicate trade progress, inventory availability, and customer satisfaction matters effectively to internal teams and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, trade, and customer support to ensure alignment and achieve desired outcomes.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in trade facilitation and inventory management.

Experience
- Proven experience in corporate sales support, trade facilitation, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes and customer satisfaction principles is a plus.
Qualifications Required
- Flexibility to work the following:
- Six (6) weeks of paid training (on-site), Monday through Friday.
- Hybrid position during the hours of 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday.
- Must commute and work on-site at the Ocoee office multiple times a week.
- No weekends.
Note: Hours and hybrid work conditions may change to accommodate evolving business needs. Scheduling flexibility is expected to ensure smooth operations.
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is helpful but not required).
- High-speed internet connection and modem required.
- Dedicated office/workspace with minimal distractions.
- Ability to make and receive telephone calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor computer problems independently.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, telephones, and calculators.
- Ability to review handwritten and computer-generated documents as well as view a computer screen.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to communicate professionally with team members and customers.
