We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing executive support with marketing responsibilities.

Position Details

Title: Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant
Salary: $65,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time, 50-hour work week

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant will provide direct executive support while assisting with a variety of marketing initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars and scheduling
Coordinate meetings and appointments
Track projects and follow up on action items
Provide administrative support to executive leadership
Assist with social media coordination
Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Communicate with vendors and external partners
Organize marketing content and materials
Perform additional administrative and marketing duties as assigned

Qualifications

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience is preferred but not required
