The Affordable Care Act Management solutions Technical Product Support Analyst is responsible for supporting instances of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) product. A support analyst is available to the clients to solve issues with the ACA products and is also responsible for monitoring for ongoing data issues. A product support analyst has a deep understanding of the ACA products as well as a broad understanding of the ACA regulations.
This is a hybrid position located in St. Louis, MO and pays $27 per hour.
What you'll do
Maintain daily customer account operations including inbound requests via phone and email
Proactively monitor client instances for stale data warnings and data validation errors
Accurately document support cases and client interactions
Work with and, when necessary, route cases to internal teams (Data Load, WSS, CAA, and Tax Forms)
Work closely with Sales, Billing, Operations, and Technology to ensure an exceptional customer experience
What experience you'll need
Bachelors or Associates degree or 1-3 years of related industry experience
What could set you apart

Excel skills to include: VLOOKUP
