Position Overview:
You have a rare opportunity to join a growing industry leader as our Human Resources Director (Coach) leading the Human Resources team and contributing to the future success of the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family organization.
The Human Resource Director (Coach) will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance in tandem with internal legal counsel and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily functions of the human resource department
- Deliver dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple senior leaders and employees within a complex business environment
- Deliver dedicated guidance and coaching with specific focus on employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate
- Support M&A activities in a high growth environment
- Coach the implementation and deployment of effective corporate HR procedures, policies, systems, standards and infrastructures, to ensure a systematic and integrated approach to HR solutions globally
- Understands and articulates key labor issues and employment law within and across applicable states. Recommends actions and changes required to meet business strategies
- Lead and coordinate effective retention, performance management, communication, employee satisfaction and employee development
- Coordinating termination and discipline of team members according to the organizational policies and procedures
Leads company's compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Department of Labor, worker compensation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Labor (DOL) and other required obligations
- Ability to analyze data and develop solutions to HR challenges
- Ensures the accuracy of HRIS for all entities, utilizing Paycom
- Incorporate feedback from key stakeholders to make meaningful improvements to HR process and organizational culture
- Perform other duties as per the requirements of the organization

Qualifications
Qualifications Include:
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Full-Time in-office M-F, availability after hours as need arises
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, preferred
- Knowledge of various benefit packages and administration, required
- 5+ Years of HR management experience in a large organization (500+ employees) preferred
- HRIS experience required, Paycom preferred
- Exceptional in the following traits and skills:

- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
