LDMO Financial Aid/Student Financials Team Oracle Systems Analyst (Oracle Systems Analyst – Senior Professional or Advanced Professional)  

The LionPATH Development and Maintenance Organization (LDMO), a unit of Penn State Information Technology’s Academic Technology and Customer Experience organization, is looking for a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and proactive individual to fulfill the role of LDMO Financial Aid/Student Financials Team Oracle Systems Analyst. Oracle Systems Analysts ensure the reliable performance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; troubleshoot and resolve any ERP related system and user issues; participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP systems and applications; monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability; coordinate new software fixes and upgrades; recommend new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback; and more.

• ERP System Management: Evaluate, analyze, and maintain ERP systems; act as a liaison between technical staff and University functional offices/user groups. 

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with multiple University functional offices and stakeholders. 

• Customer Support: Provide advanced customer service and functional support to end users in the Financial Aid and Student F
