Anduril is seeking an Office Manager to join our growing Boston footprint. We bring together world class engineers, developers, and designers to create the future of defense technology. The ideal candidate will possess top-class communication skills, a knack for planning, ability to execute to the finest of details and be self driven with ownership of the problem. This candidate should have experience in a high-growth start-up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations in the office
  • Be the point of contact for Engineering, Finance, Legal, Recruiting, Customer Experience, Communications and other teams
  • Working with Facilities Operations and IT to ensure all VTCs are running smoothly
  • Perform repairs as appropriate
  • Managing vendors and contracts to resolve building issues
  • Move and space planning
  • Coordinating meal services for breakfast, lunch or dinner
  • Organize internal and external events like team dinners, off-sites, etc.
  • Preparing purchase orders for office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Strong independent worker who can drive outcomes with minimal oversight
  • Strong attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to communicate and work across teams in a collaborative manner
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Positive outlook and a customer service mindset
  • Move fast to solve problems
  • Knowledge of the greater Boston area to support new hire onboarding

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in all offers and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
