Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.</p></div><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Schedule:</strong></span> Night Shift 5pm - 5am, rotating schedule - B Crew</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></span><br>The Maintenance Supervisor will manage the everyday operation and upkeep of the equipment and building, planning and implementing projects and safety issues within and around the plant.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></span><br>• &nbsp;Manages day- to-day activities of a team of direct reports and communicates daily with Maintenance Manager and/or Plant Manager.<br>• &nbsp;Supports operational departments by maintaining equipment and resolves mechanical malfunctions to increase productivity, job capabilities, and equipment capabilities at the department’s request.<br>• &nbsp;Establishes and maintains a positive work environment including but not limited to personal development, training, and safety.<br>• &nbsp;Analyzes maintenance work orders and assigns maintenance personnel to complete all necessary orders. Follows up with the assigned personnel as needed until the order is complete.<br>• &nbsp;Plan and execute projects in conjunction with what is assigned by the Maintenance Manager and/or Plant Manager.<br>• &nbsp;Controlling inventories, parts ordering, and vendor communication. Focus on improving operations and improving costs.<br>• &nbsp;Assists in the scheduling of maintenance team to ensure projects are completed.<br>• &nbsp;Supports SQF (Safe Quality Foods) by maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.<br>• &nbsp;Serves as backup to those employees in the leadership role within the Maintenance de
