Job Description

Your responsibilities:                                           

Responsible to support software development of security related tools.

  • Collaborating with other team members on creating innovative solutions in the field of Automotive Cybersecurity
  • Daily software development in Python using Object Oriented programming
  • Researching and creating proof of concepts for proposed solution
  • Integrating Machine Learning models in already existing tools
  • Writing unit and integration tests in Python using unittest framework
  • Executing testing of internal test tool software, including functional, as well as stress, usability, and security testing
  • Root causing software failures through analysis of logs using CAN data loggers and Wireshark
  • Support internal team demos, workshops and presentations of development efforts/results

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an Accredited BS/MS University program in a computer or technical related field.  (Information Security/Assurance,   Information Technology, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Computer Science)
  •  Experience in software testing and development using Python
  • Demonstrate a strong desire/interest to work in the Automotive Engineering field
  • Must possess excellent problem solving, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of fuzz testing and AI knowledge is a plus
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required
  • Hybrid work environment, ability to work from the office at least 2 times per week is expected.
  • Full-time commitment is a plus
