Customer Quality Engineer

What you can look forward to as Customer Quality Engineer:

• Acting as a Customer representative, understanding the customer's specific requirements and supervision of their implementation
• Notifying the customer in case of deviation or suspected product failure, coordinating the  further actions (sorting, return delivery, rework, etc.)
• Coordinating of internal and customer complaints (Field, 0 km, Product audit), monitoring preventive and corrective measures, participation in the escalation process
• Change management (product/ process changes) from customer-q side, cooperation with co-departments and making decisions
• Preparation of Initial sampling (PPAP), negotiation an approval with customer
• Investigation of field quality problems, analysis of the causes of outages 
• Conducting regular customer field meetings, presenting outages to the   customer's quality and development department (Field Regeltermin)

Your profile as Customer Quality Engineer:

• University/college degree in technical field
• Experience in auto industry quality field
• Negotiable German/English language skills orally and in writing
• High level of communication, negotiating and organizational skills as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Willingness to travel
