AT&T has an opening for a Senior Specialist FirstNet Sub Paid Consultant.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales strategies to drive FirstNet subscriber adoption across First Responder Agencies, retail channels, and business segments, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with emergency responder agencies and key clients to ensure long-term customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with retail teams to effectively promote FirstNet solutions and provide comprehensive training to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Market Analysis and Adaptation: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Event Participation and Networking: Participate in relevant events and trade shows to showcase FirstNet solutions and expand professional networks within the industry.
• A mid-level sales representative with solid grasp of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
• Manages small to mid-sized sales and occasionally handles large complex sales.
• This person will work with moderate on-going supervision.
• Responsible for a moderate quota or territory.
• Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.
• This opportunity may lead presentations and mentor less experienced peers

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Retail leadership experience
• FirstNet Experience and/or proof of sub paid performance (we can ask for this in the interview)
• 1-3 years of sales experience, strongly prefer experience in either retail or First Net and Public Sector
• Able to work multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining professional composure.
• Effectively conveys ideas, facts, and directions in either written or verbal form.

Our Senior Specialist FirstNet Sub Paid Consultant's earn a base salary between $91,000 - $136,600 + commission with a total target compensation of $116,000 - $161,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
