Business Operations Lead

We are looking for a generalist - someone who is scrappy and is willing to do whatever is needed to move things forward. We want this person to be eager to work across domains to drive our product success.

What you will do

There is not a defined set of skills or responsibilities for this role. We’re looking for someone who is willing to wear multiple hats and help out wherever needed to move things forward. Your tasks might include:

• Help build out marketing artifacts and drive growth campaigns

• Setup interviews with users and run day-to-day customer support

• Manage compliance requirements for being an RIA

• Conduct functional testing of new features and updates before rollouts

• Analyze data to provide insights for improving the product and customer experience

What you are good at

• Proven experience in an operations type role at an early stage company (preferably Seed to Series B)

• You can get things done even without a clear set of steps to follow

• You can interact effectively with customers, team members, and various stakeholders

• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges with enthusiasm
