More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Commercial & Technical Quote Support Specialist in Eindhoven with Signify. You’ll be responsible for supporting the sales organization by managing the bid / quote / pricing process. Furthermore, you will support sales and our customers by choosing the proper-technical-solution for their project.

• You’ll support the sales organization by managing the bid / quote / pricing process in order to provide high quality quotation proposals ensuring they are compliant, competitive and meet the company growth and profitability targets

• You’ll gain a very good knowledge of our company products, systems and services (lifecycle services, light-as-a-service, circular lighting, ...)

• You’ll follow up lighting projects from pre-order until execution

• You’ll interact with our B2B customers in a professional and competent manner

• You’ll collaborate effectively and efficiently with internal (sales, lighting design, product marketing, factories) and external stakeholders (customers: specifiers, installers …)

• You’ll actively participate in a project aimed at enhancing our processes and driving continuous improvement within the quote department.

More about you

• You 're owner of a master’s or a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business orientation, or you already have some experience in a commercial and/or technical customer-service role.

• You're experienced with or you're willing to learn the bid /quote & pricing process, this can be also an opportunity for fresh graduates!

• You've excellent communication & stakeholder's management skills

• You're a Dutch native speaker, with very good knowledge of English

• You're eager to work in a commercial and dynamic setting

• You're very customer centric and you've the ability to adjust plans and actions to meet changing market & customer needs
