We are seeking a Commercial Contracting Counsel to join our international team of 10 members (France, Italy, UK, Turkey, Germany, Spain). We draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements for the company's Retail and Banking segments. We also provide day to day commercial related advice, legal expertise and counsel to Retail and Banking business partners in line with company goals, business segments priorities and best practices.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS COMMERCIAL CONTRACTING COUNSEL?

• You will review, draft, interpret, advise on and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
• You will provide commercial legal advice on existing and new customer / partner relationships and business initiatives
• You will support the evaluation and recommendation of updates to existing contract templates and support the development of new templates, as needed
• You will effectively prioritize and advance multiple deals happening simultaneously, often on tight deadlines
• You will work on especial projects and participate in specific trainings 
• You will see a change as an opportunity to improve business performance and campaigning for it 
• You will work independently and autonomously with high level of responsibility for your own decisions
• You will be promoting team cooperation and a commitment to team success

 

WHAT EXPERIENCE / SKILLS DO YOU NEED? 

• You have law degree and professional experience in commercial contracting on senior level (at least 4 years of experience)
• You understand global environment and have ability to work with all levels of organization
• You are able to resolve contract issues, negotiate solutions, come up with effective ideas and persuade others through effectively consolidating, evaluating, and presenting relevant information

 

WILL YOU FIT IN?

• You are able to support a business, interface with clients, build a trust and strong relations
• You have proficient business English and Czech language skills (verbal and written, at least B2 levels)

 

NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) 

• Having Polish or Hungarian language is an advantage
